10/22/2007, Draper, UT - Pentalon Construction has begun construction on the $18 Million Liberty Landing apartment complex after signing a contract with Cowboy Partners of Salt Lake City. The complex is comprised of 216 units, and a club house and pool. The new complex is located in South Jordan, Utah. The scheduled completion is fall of 2008. The architect is Humphreys and Partners out of Texas. The project will be lead by the management team of Rick Foley (PM) and Vincent Morgan (Superintendent) and AJ Anderson (PA).
