10/18/2005, Draper, UT - Pentalon Construction negotiated a contract to construct a new 14-unit condominium project. The new complex will be located at 1499 Park Avenue in Park City, UT. The total construction cost is for approximately $1.6M with completion scheduled for September of 2006. The project was designed by David G. White, Principal of David G. White Architects located in Park City, UT. The project manager from the Pentalon team is Dan Rasmussen.
