PENTALON NEGOTIATES CONTRACT FOR ALBION VILLAGE PHASE II
4/28/2005, Draper, UT - Pentalon recently negotiated a contract to provide general construction services on Albion Village Phase II located in Sandy, Utah. The complete contract is for roughly $5 million in total construction costs with this including two new three story condominium units on top of an undergound parking structure and a clubhouse with full amenities. The project manager is Brent Meadows while Terry Torkelsein is the on site superintendent. Guillaume Belgique, Principal of Architecture Belgiques, Inc. located in Midvale, Utah,designed this phase of the project.
