PENTALON NEGOTIATES CONTRACTS FOR NEW APARTMENT COMPLEX |

2/21/2005, Draper, UT - based Pentalon Construction, Inc., was recently awarded the contract to provide general construction services on Green Grove Apartments located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The construction contract was for approximately $10 million with completion scheduled for April 2006. The project manager is Cameron Hill while Shaun Carley is the on site superintendent. Guillaume Belgique, Principal of Architect Belgique, Inc. located in Midvale, Utah, designed the entire multi-family development. |
