PENTALON NEGOTIATES CONTRACTS FOR MICHAELS AND PETSMART
1/27/2005, Draper, UT - Pentalon Construction was recently awarded two separate contracts to provide tenant finishes located at The Shoppes in West Valley City, Utah. Michaels, the national retailer will assume their space on March 1, 2005 with Petsmart fo follow on April 1. Both contracts were for roughly over $1 million in total construction cost. The project manager is Brent Meadows while Kenyon Benson is the on site superintendent. Dick Dresher, Pricnipal of Dresher Associates Architecture and Planning in Bountiful, Utah designed both tenant spaces.
