PENTALON CONSTRUCTION AWARDED THE SHOPPES @ LAKE PARK |

10/28/2004, Draper, UT - Pentalon Construction, Inc., was recently awarded a contract to provide general construction services on The Shoppes at Lake Park located in West Valley City, Utah. The project will consist of a new 47,000 square foot retail shell for two future tenants. The project manager is Brent Meadows who is a tendered employee of Pentalon. Dick Dresher, Principal of Dresher Associates Architecture and Planning out of Bountiful, Utah, will design the project. |
