9/5/2000, MURRAY, Ut - Pentalon Construction is the general contractor for the Jacobs Senior Center being built for Pleasant Grove City. The project is located at 200 South 200 West in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The project was designed by Allred Soffe Wilkinson & Nichols, Inc. Engineering was provided by McNeil Engineering, Bennion & Associates and Royal Engineering.
The 9,473 sq. ft. project consists of a single story building with a basement, hydraulic elevators, wood frame construction and a pre-engineered wood truss roof system. Exterior finishes include brick, E.I.F.S., asphalt shingles, aluminum soffit and fascia. The construction duration of the project is 4 months.
The groundbreaking ceremony was Thursday, August 31, 2000. Excavation is currently underway.
The project manager is George Parker and the project superintendent is Ed Flower.
