ALBION VILLAGE RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY |

3/26/2004, Draper, UT - Pentalon Construction celebrated the completion of two of the three buildings in the new Albion Village mixed-use housing and retail project in Sandy, Utah. The project is designed around the concept of a European Villa with the retail portion located down the main street of the Villa. The project was designed by Soren Simonsen, Principal of CRSA located in North Salt Lake. The project manager is Cindy Cummings and the superintendent is Vincent Morgan.
The ribbon cutting attracted such people as, Jeff Bennion, the Director of Fannie Mae Utah Partnership who assisted with funding on the project. Along with, The Honorable Robert F. Bennett, United States Senator, The Honorable Mayor Tom Dolan, Sandy City Mayor, Dale Gunther, President of Bank of American Fork, who assisted with funding as well as Jason Johnson, Partner of the ARX Group and one of the owners of the project.
There is a third building as part of phase I of the project that will begin in Spring. The master plan of the community includes 16 buildings and a clubhouse. |
