PENTALON NEGOTIATES PEMBERELY CONDOMINIUMS |

2/11/2004, Draper, UT - Pentalon Construction recently negotiated a contract to construct Phase II of Pemberley Condominiums, a new 48 unit, two-story development in Pleasant Grove, Utah with completion in December of 2004.
Pentalon is finalizing construction of Phase I with the same team, Brian Powell is the Project Manager and Shaun Carley is the Project Superintendent. The project was designed by Mr. Gary Dodson, AIA of Humphreys and Partners out of Las Vegas, NV. |
