WHO'S NEW AT PENTALON CONSTRUCTION |

8/27/2003, DRAPER, Ut - Pentalon Construction is pleased to announce that after a brief sabbatical, Mr. Jeffery Sayer has returned to the company as Chief Financial Officer. He brings over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, and capital financing.
Prior to joining the Pentalon team, he served in a variety of senior executive positions including CFO of a software development company, advisor for a $400 million seafood company, as President of a food service company and a principal in a venture capital firm located in Salt Lake City.
Mr. Sayer joins the executive team at a time when Pentalon is growing and expanding it's operations and will be largely responsible for enhancing the company's competitive capabilities.
Mr. Sayer is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University. |
