4/9/2002, Draper, Ut - Pentalon Construction is pleased to announce that Jeffery L. Sayer has joined the company as the Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Sayer brings over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers, acquisitions, and capital financing. Prior to joining Pentalon Construction, Mr. Sayer served in a variety of senior positions including the CFO of a software development company, President of a food service company, and a principal in a venture capital firm located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Mr. Sayer joins the executive team at a time when Pentalon is growing and expanding its operations and he will be largely responsible for enhancing the company’s competitive capabilities as the company expands.
Mr. Sayer is a Certified Public Accountant and received his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University. |
