PENTALON AWARDED STONE HAVEN CONDOMINIUMS PROJECT |

4/9/2002, DRAPER, Ut - Pentalon Construction has been selected to be the General Contractor for the Stone Haven Condominiums, previously known as Providence Condominiums, project located at 1160 East 6720 South in Murray, Utah. The project is being developed by D.R. Horton and was designed by Scholz & Associates of Springville, Utah.
The Stone Haven Condominiums project consists of 132 units in five buildings situated on approximately 196,863 sq. ft. of land in the Union Park area near 1300 East and Interstate 215. The five buildings include three 32-plex buildings four stories in height, one 24-plex building four stories in height and one 12-plex building two stories in height. The community will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, landscaped detention pond and various amenities including underground parking.
The project manager is Vincent P. Morgan; the project superintendent is Mike Day. |
