4/24/2001, DRAPER, Ut - Pentalon Construction is the general contractor for the Legacy Springs Apartment project being built for Triton Investments. The project is located at 4600 West 12600 South in Riverton, Utah. The project was designed by Brent Hilton, engineering was provided by Ward Engineering for civil engineering and McNeil Engineering for structural engineering.
The Legacy Springs Apartment complex will consist of 204 one-, two- and three-bedroom units including three-bedroom/two-bath townhouses laid-out in twelve buildings. Amenities will include a swimming pool and clubhouse, playground, basketball and volleyball courts, hot tub and picnic and barbecue areas. The project will be a part of Western Springs, a master planned community, which includes city and county parks, condominiums, single-family homes and some commercial developments.
Footing and foundation work is currently underway for most of the buildings. A high-speed wireless Internet link was established on April 20, 2001 by Sprint Broadband Direct. This Internet link will be used to communicate project information, progress photographs and live video feeds to the Pentalon Construction network via Virtual Private Networking sessions.
The project manager and superintendent is Vincent Morgan.
