HANSEN CLAIMS SERVICE BUILDING NEARING COMPLETION |

7/14/2000, MURRAY, Ut - The Hansen Claims Service Building, located at 10365 South 132 East in Draper Utah, is nearing completion. The 20,365 sq. ft. building is scheduled for completion on August 3, 2000, with tenant occupancy beginning the same day. The first floor of the building will include new offices for Hansen Claim Service, Pentalon Construction, and Thanksgiving Landscaping and will consist of office space, break rooms and conference rooms. The second floor will be available for lease to future tenants after the shell is completed.
Pentalon Construction is the general contractor for the project, George Parker is the project manager and Ed Flower is the project superintendent. The project was designed by Campbell-Rees Architects, Engineering was provided by Ensign Engineering, Dale R. Wilde Engineering and BNA Consulting Engineering II. |
