Carl Tippets, who heads the business development and Tom Thiede who heads the estimating division, create an environment where Pentalon has the abilities to problem-solve and work with owners through difficult situations.
Pentalon Construction performs in excess of $55 million in work each year. Licensed as a general contractor in most of the western united states, Pentalon Construction has broadened both the variety of our projects and our client list, which now includes Chase Bank, Granite Credit Union, Hamilton Partners, Kaufman & Broad, Pulte Home Corporation, Hedman Investments, American National Properties, Bonneville Mortgage, Granite School District, Triton Investments, Cowboy Partners, Park City Fire District, The Division of Facilities Construction and Management for the State of Utah, Provo City, and the Utah Air National Guard just to name a few. Our work can be seen in office buildings, retail developments, commercial buildings, multi-family developments and high-end custom homes throughout the Wasatch Front.

PROJECTS
From the construction of the 240,000 square foot Broadway Centre in downtown Salt Lake City, to the 45,000 square foot Eagle Plaza on Wasatch Boulevard and the 18,000 square foot Cruise and Travel Masters building at 4376 South 700 East adn everything in between, Pentalon construction has proven job after job that it has the resources and processes to handle any scale project.
Our background in residential developments is as varied as our corporate work. Whether we are working on custom luxury homes, condominiums or apartments, our quality is second to none.

Golden Village, for example, developed by Hedman Properties, consists of 96 one- and two-bedroom apartment units, as well as decorative ponds, horseshoe pits, a swimming pool and a 1,400 square foot clubhouse.
Another development where Pentalon's versatility is recognized is the Thorneberry Apartment project in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Phase One of the project consists of 180 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, while Phase Two, designed for senior residents, has 84 one-bedroom units with interior corridors and elevators. Each of the units includes central air conditioning and laundry hookups. Project amenities also include a tennis court, a swimming pool and a clubhouse.

On the other end of the scale, Pentalon Construction teamed up with Pulte Home Corporation to create Village at South Mountain in Draper. Village Town consists of 29 two- and three-bedroom condominiums with two-car garages.
